Several ways for my QSL routes:
1) DIRECT via Postmail (2 USD/IRC+ SASE) = > I will reply via Direct.
For reply, it is need the time. I will reply after I recieve your cards. I can not reply the card if I do not recieved your cards.
You can not guarantee that if you send the cards will arrive in my address. This is depends on of the postal service (sometime GS will lost –> carefully by placing GS because it is often lost on the way).
2) OQRS => I do not need your card. I will reply automatically via Direct.
All QSO datas should be through the OQRS Clublog system. Additional notes can not be detected by OQRS. QSO print labels and also your home address will be printed automatically by OQRS management tools of clublog. Please understand this. I cannot check one by one.
3) BUREAU => I will reply the QSL Cards via the Bureau too.
to avoid wrong double shipping so I only reply if I receive your cards from my bureau. (do not request via OQRS for the bereau)
Please request using ONE ROUTE ONLY and No request via direct Paypal to my account.

Please do not send your QSL Card if no QSO in my Log. Save your time and your money. I can not reply your QSL Card if no QSO in my Log.

a small notes:
Hello friends, All of the QSL requests (OQRS), I make sure that no more than one week I’ve sent a reply. If you have not received more than 3 months, it means that the card which I had sent was lost on the way. for the QSL cards, I’m only responsible for the reply and send it at my local post office.however, as we all know that sometimes for the postal service to deliver a letter is not always good.
one day, a letter arrived quickly, sometimes too long and may even be lost. Post office job is out of our control. and the loss of the card which is not by me is also not my responsibility. I suggest that you to make the “Request Again” via OQRS. I will certainly reply. I hope you can understand.
